Dynamic Balancing

CCMSB is equipped with German Schenk and Italian Cemb balancing machines which is capable of handling rotors up to 7 meters in lenght, 2.5 meters width for fans and up to 6 ton in weight.

CCMSB conduct balancing requirements according to ISO standards ranging from generator armatures, sugar cane hammer rotor, mini hydro turbine, steam turbines, screw decanters, pump impellers, crankshafts, gas compressors, flywheels, super charger, air compressor, high speed gears, and all kinds of other rotating equipments.
